We are really happy with our new home built by The Nest Builders! From the first consultation to the final walk-through, everything went smoothly and exceeded our expectations. The team paid great attention to detail, was professional, and showed a strong commitment to quality. Our home's open layout, energy-efficient features, and beautiful exterior design make it a dream home. Communication was excellent, and the team was always quick to respond to our questions. It's very difficult to contact the builder and their team. They are not responding to complaints from their previous projects. The Nest Aurora Block III needs your attention. Builder, please contact the residents of Nest Aurora Block III, Thoraipakam, and fix the issues.

The customer service is very poor. The building has many cracks, and if you try to put a nail in the wall, a lot of dust will fall out. If you try to call them, they won’t answer. Customer service only exists until the handover. If there’s a delay in possession, no service is provided.
