It’s a lovely showroom and very well maintained. The ambiance was unforgettable when I walked in. I really liked the artifacts and lights, which represent the brand well. The hospitality was also good.

Please don’t buy anything from White Teak. They may seem nice, but if any fittings break during delivery, they won’t replace them. Their customer service is horrible and rude, and they hide behind company policy to cheat people. This is my first-hand experience with being cheated by White Teak Company.

My experience with White Teak was outstanding. Despite encountering several issues with the product, the aftersales team handled them exceptionally well. A special thanks to Sasidharayani Vengala for her prompt responses and updates at every stage of the warranty process. The follow up was very good. She did a very good Job. I really appreciate her effort.
