We chose Touch of Ink for our first tattoo. We called ahead to book an appointment and went in. The staff were very friendly and gave great advice before we started. The tattoo artists did an amazing job, exactly what we wanted. I also got an ear piercing, which was done professionally. Overall, it was a great experience thanks to the team at Touch of Ink.

It's a good place for tattoos, but if you're looking for piercings, I would suggest finding another option. I took my younger one there for a piercing, and it got infected the next day. We had to visit the hospital a few times to get it treated. The place has high reviews, and I respect that, but this was my experience.

This is one of the worst tattoo centers I have ever been to. I would advise my colleagues not to approach them. Their only focus is money. Once you pay, they don't attend your calls. The tattoo I got has completely faded. Only a few employees are okay to talk to, but not all. The employer is the worst. He's friendly before you pay, but once the payment is made, he ignores your calls. I strongly recommend not going to this place.
