The trip was great overall. The food, hotels, and location were fantastic, and the powerful Anna was amazing. However, there was one issue. We were told we would travel in an AC bus, but we were given a non-AC bus instead. The long journey was very uncomfortable, and we had to endure sweat and stickiness throughout.

It was one of the worst experiences. I booked an AC 18-seater bus for a church trip in the summer, but they sent a 13-seater non-AC bus that was poorly maintained. We had to cancel and book another bus from SSVM travels. If you're booking from this travel agency, don't pay upfront.
