I would like to thank Hanif Bhai for arranging the dargah visit on such short notice. I only had 1 hour to catch my Agra bus, and I wasn’t hopeful about making the visit. But Hanif Bhai personally took us to the dargah, bought the chaddar and flowers, and with the help of Khadim Syed Ghulam Mustafa Christy, they did the rituals and prayed for our well-being. I will always remember their kindness and help. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart. The hotel room was clean and tidy, even though we stayed for only 2 hours.

Very bad service. I booked an AC room, but when we arrived, they gave us a non-AC room. When we asked, they connected the switch, but the AC didn’t work. They said it was due to power fluctuations from the previous day. We didn't make a big issue of it, but when it came time to pay, they still charged us for the AC room. When we pointed out that this was unfair, the manager said the owner would deduct money from their salary, so we had to pay. I would never visit again.

Very bad experience at this hotel. The room was not nice, and the staff was rude to us. They are not fit for the reception. Last time when I visited, there was a staff member named Rakshith who was very kind and treated us well. He gave us a nice AC room. Management, please contact Rakshith, as he knows how to take care of customers and would improve the business.
