I bought solitaire studs from VBJ and have shopped for silver items in the past. Their customer service is really good, and I feel confident because they have machines to test diamond quality and GIA certificates with all the details. I had the worst experience at VBJ. The staff treats customers based on their looks and personality. They won’t even give you water if you ask. They are friendly and helpful to wealthy people but ignore middle class customers. They give more attention to high society people.

Please provide a better bag. The new bag is not stiff, so the things inside move around and end up in a mess. We need a sturdier bag for better use.

The service here is very rude. Most places let you try things on before making a big, expensive purchase, but they wouldn't let me unless I was buying. I recommend going to Prince in T-Nagar for much better service, nicer employees, and more selection.
