This is a very good builder. I bought a 3 BHK and really enjoy the quality of construction. It's value for money and follows basic vaastu principles. Builder Balasubramaniam Sir is knowledgeable and friendly.

The builder is decent, but Mesri and his team are pathetic. The compound wall they built collapsed within a year, and the builder had to rebuild it. The builder should hire better engineers and skilled workers. The quality of work in the common areas is poor, and now it's difficult to resell the flat.
