We booked a vehicle from Chennai Airport to Pondicherry with Worktown Rentals. The entire process, from booking the car to the paperwork and payments, was very smooth. It was a great experience. The car was also neat and tidy.

You maintain the cars very well, and they are in good condition. However, there are issues with the car delivery and return timings, as there is a lot of waiting time. The biggest issue is the deposit amount. While I understand the need for a caution deposit, it should be refunded within the promised time. Even though you say the refund will happen in 10 days, it takes longer, which causes a lot of problems. I have been a customer at the Manapakkam branch for 1.5 years. The deposit policy was introduced recently, but when you take the deposit quickly, please make sure to refund it on time. It is frustrating to follow up for our own money.

The deposit money was not refunded on the same day as promised. I had to call several times, but no one answered. It took days before I received the refund. I got a faster reply on the rating than through my calls, which is concerning.
