Despite my caution, the therapist couldn't speak Hindi or English properly and applied excessive pressure, causing severe back pain. There was no hot water available, and the complimentary steam bath, advertised for 15 minutes, was only provided for 5 minutes. Furthermore, requiring full payment upfront was unreasonable and inconvenient.

The ambience and service were satisfactory, but there was an unpleasant odor in the place with no pleasant aroma. They had plastic flowers under the massage bed, which seemed unnecessary. Additionally, the services were overpriced considering their quality.
