The stay was good. Room service and food were also very nice. Subrata and Jagannath were really helpful and made my experience even better.

The service was really good. The room was kept clean every day, and everything was well taken care of. The cleaning was professional and neat. The bed sheets and blanket were changed every day, which made my stay comfortable and fresh. I really appreciate Eranna for his help during checkout. Thank you

The only good thing about this place is its location. The service and rooms are terrible. They wouldn't even give me an extra bottle of water at 11 PM unless I paid 40 Rs for it. I booked an executive room for 3800 Rs per night, and it was not worth it. The room wasn't cleaned even after I requested it. Don't bother with the breakfast buffet it’s the worst breakfast in Bangalore. Instead, walk to Senthoor or The Filter Coffee nearby for better food. The first room I got smelled weird, there were no toiletries, and the sheets were dirty.
