I had a keratin hair spa, hair dye, skin whitening facial, pedicure, and threading done at Ashtamudi, Nandavanam. The service was great and sincere. Special thanks to Susmita, who provided my services. She was very friendly, answered all my questions, and was dedicated to making sure everything was lovely.

I had a great experience at Ashtamudi. Susmita did my bridal makeup, Divya did my hair, and Manju chechi draped my saree. They did a perfect job neither too much nor too little. They were also very friendly. You can trust them to make you look and feel amazing on your special day.

I had the worst experience with a haircut. It felt more like hair waxing because they pulled out my hair during washing, cutting, and drying. The haircut is uneven; I asked for a trim but they cut half of my hair. All of this was for a very high price. Please avoid getting a haircut or trim here.

The staff are inexperienced and don’t know how to drape sarees properly. They were more interested in chatting and did everything in a hurry, resulting in a mess. They charged 1000 rs, which wasn’t worth it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It was a bad experience.

Horrible service. The towels and environment were dirty. The toilet was wet and unclean. The lady who did my facial had garlic-smelling hands. The massage was uncomfortable, and I had to ask her to stop. The products, service, and atmosphere were substandard. I paid 2500 rs and ended up regretting it. Please don’t go.

Today I went to Ashtamudi Salon for a protein treatment. They told me it was a protein spa, but I asked for a protein treatment. They washed my hair and did the treatment, but when I went to pay, they charged me 850/- and said it was a protein spa. The service was just a regular protein treatment, and I feel cheated. I’ve been there many times, but this is the first time I’ve had such a bad experience. I won’t go back due to their poor customer service.
