I had the signature Baked Rossogolla, and it was amazing. Every bite melts in your mouth, and you just want more. I also tried the Souffle Sondesh, and it was really nice too.

It's heaven for Bengali sweets, especially Sandesh. I tried different types of Sandesh and baked Rosgulla, and all were great. The baked Rosgulla was the best I've had in Kolkata so far.

The gur Sandesh is terrible this season I wouldn't recommend it. The New Alipore shop gave me a stale one, and at the Ballygunge shop, I tasted 4 varieties and threw them away after one bite. They had no flavor at all.
