About This Business

Jashoda Mistanna Bhandar Was Founded by Lt. Shankar Chandra Poddar in the year 1935, passed onto his sons Shri Sanat Poddar and Shri Soumen Poddar and presently managed by the third generation, Shyambhu Poddar. Since then we've been offering a wide variety of sweets ranging between different price tags . The most favourite amongst the wide variety being The Lal Mishti Doi, Kochuri, Singara, rabdi, Roshogolla, Jolbhora Shondesh, Kachagolla Shondesh, Oreo Shondesh, Blueberry Shondesh and a lot more. For hygiene and safety the sweet shop follows rules as directed by the FSSAI and the WHO after the Covid 19 outbreak.

The owner’s description doesn’t mention their signature item, Jibe Ghaza. It’s one of the best I’ve had since my school days in 1963. The small kochuri with vholar dal was amazing
