The collection of products and their quality are excellent. I recently bought their "cat villa," which is made of wood and looks very durable. My cats absolutely loved every feature of it, which shows how welldesigned it is. They delivered it promptly, too.

This store in Chennai has a great variety of pet products and is one of the better options around. The staff is friendly and treats pets well, and they are also courteous to customers. They offer pet spa services where the staff is gentle with pets. I really liked their services and products.

The spa and shop have good products, but the salesmen and billing counter service are very poor. Recently, I bought some products there, but they refused to give me a bill. They told me to check my WhatsApp for the bill, but I never received it. I called the salesman multiple times to remind him, but he didn't respond well. It's a very bad shop in terms of service.

The service for my dog was the worst. The people there are not responsible and don't know how to handle pets. They have no idea how to groom them it's a terrible place for pet spas. If you take your pets there, make sure you have a vet appointment ready. They do have a vet and remedies, but that doesn't make up for the poor service.
