This is my African Congo Grey Parrot, Ajay, who came from Mufasa Pets. He is all grown now. This shop is the best, and their after-sales support is amazing.

Great place to buy pet birds. The person helping us was busy but handled everything with enthusiasm and a smile. We’re first-time buyers and got a pineapple conure and a yellow-sided conure a few weeks ago. The after-sales support has been excellent, which makes them stand out.

If you want a welltamed parrot, visit this pet shop and choose one. I bought a 3month old hand-tamed cockatail, and it flies to my hand whenever I call. It’s easy to train and the service is good. They take great care of the pets. 😊

My daughter got a bird from this shop, and they only helped us for 10 days. After that, they did not respond to our messages or calls. The bird is biting a lot and still not wellbehaved. We had a terrible experience, and they won’t exchange it.

If you are a beginner, avoid this shop. The two women there are dishonest and sell birds at twice the market price.

I'm giving one star because I can not give zero. This pet shop promised to exchange my two expensive birds if they didn't suit us, just like we had done with other birds before. The owner knew I was relocating but didn’t keep his promise when I contacted him. He only offered free adoption instead. The after-sales service is extremely poor. Avoid this pet shop.
