We booked rooms for 6 senior citizens in our family for the Tirupati Balaji darshan. They had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff was rude and unhelpful with elderly guests. The hotel was poorly managed, the housekeeping staff was untrained, and there were water supply problems. Overall, it was a very bad experience. DO NOT stay at this hotel

This hotel is decent with nice room decor and clean rooms that have good facilities. The gym is good too. However, the food lacks local flavor and is mostly suitable for North Indian tastes. Also, the hotel entry and exit are difficult for physically challenged people.

The people at the front desk are not very friendly. They don’t offer a welcome drink or a wet towel. The hotel rooms are small but fairly clean. The buffet breakfast is average, and the services are not good. There are better hotels nearby with better facilities and pricing.

The bathroom is terrible, with multiple problems. Nothing is working properly. The hotel needs complete repairs and replacement of all fittings and accessories. The only good thing is the staff they are trying their best to serve well.

The rooms are neat, and the hotel is clean and hygienic. The lunch in the restaurant was tasty, especially the South Indian thali. We are happy with the service everyone was good, and thanks to the front staff for making our stay more comfortable

I booked for one night, and the rooms are okay. I didn’t try any food. Parking is very difficult due to changes in the route and heavy traffic in front of the hotel.

The food was the worst I've ever had in Tirupati. It tasted really bad. All the blame goes to the biryani chef.

It’s a beautiful hotel with good staff and a nice atmosphere. The food was really great, and the housekeeping keeps the rooms neat and clean, just like a star property.

We are a group of people who came to Tirupati and stayed at Best Western Hotel. It was a nice stay with clean rooms, and the vegetarian food was tasty. The hotel staff was friendly. During our recent holy trip, we enjoyed a good darshan of Balaji Govinda.

Overall, my experience was good, but I feel it was expensive compared to other 3-star hotels. The rooms are a bit small, and the prices are high. However, the service from the staff was awesome.
