The staff are friendly and there’s a good collection. The making charge was 100 rupees higher than usual, but with the discount season, it was still worth buying.

The people and designers are horrible. They ruined my engagement ring design. The letters on the ring are poorly finished and overlap, making it look terrible for such an important occasion. I’m very disappointed with their work.

The service is very poor. Ms. Sahana needs to learn how to handle customers better, and the salespeople are also unhelpful and untrained. They seem disinterested in serving people. If you want to see poor service, this is the place to visit.

It was a very disappointing experience. The staff and manager were arrogant and had a bad attitude. They showed no respect for customers. When selling your own gold, they will cut 3% and don’t pay any attention to you. The staff standing there seem to be just for show. Don’t buy from Bhima.

It’s a big scam with making charges. They don’t tell you that you'll have to pay making charges again when you exchange something. They aren’t professional, rush you, and judge you, which leads to poor service. If you don’t know anyone there, you’ll feel lost.
