It was an awesome experience at Tanishq. Tarun was very helpful and always ready to answer our questions. We went in to buy a necklace but ended up buying earrings too because of his fantastic service.

The service is great here. It makes me want to visit often. The staff are friendly and don’t keep you waiting. You can trust them to exchange old gold or buy new pieces. The chit schemes are excellent too.

We had bad customer service. When we visited the shop, no one helped us in the ring section. The shop was almost empty, and staff walked by but didn’t assist us. We ended up leaving.

Last year, I bought gold and they offered a cashback scheme. After the scheme ended, they only called to confirm that I could get the money back or use it to buy more gold. Now they’re mentioning other terms and conditions I wasn’t told about before. Don’t take any schemes they make false promises.

They only pay attention if you’re spending a lot of money. They’re very unhelpful. You should go to Bhima nearby instead. We found their prices are better too.

The Gold Harvest scheme is a scam. They don’t give you the full details when you invest, and then they add extra charges when you try to redeem it. Overall, I’m very disappointed.

I’ve been a loyal Titan member and have bought from your store many times. This visit was disappointing. For 5 minutes, no one helped me, even though the person who did eventually assist was friendly. There were very few designs, and the service was slower than I expected. It wasn’t the level of service I’m used to at Tanishq.
