I recently visited Tanishq in Bangalore and was impressed with their wide selection of gold jewelry. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, especially Pronali Gogoi Dutta who patiently answered all my questions. The designs were beautiful, and I felt the quality was excellent for the price. Overall, I had a positive shopping experience and would recommend Tanishq to others.

I went to buy a platinum ring, but the lady staff was unhappy and rude. She kept warning me about high making charges and wouldn’t even tell me the price. She judged me and was very unkind. This is not how customers should be treated, no matter how they look or dress. Please train your staff to treat everyone equally, Tanishq.

Worst store please don’t visit Tanishq E City. The staff are very rude. We went on Akshay Tritiya to close our gold scheme and buy coins, but they were unclear about where to buy them. They made us go back and forth between floors. One sales executive wasted our time explaining the scheme. When we went to pay, they said the gold rate had increased. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of us.

I was cheated with wrong product information and resale value. When I tried to exchange the product, they charged an extra 15%.

This store is the worst. Unlike other Tanishq stores, they don’t support customers well and don’t provide any information. There’s also no parking available for two wheelers, which is unacceptable.
