They only give carry bags if they’re happy with how much you spent. Otherwise, they claim there are no bags available. It was a bad experience, but the sales reps were nice.

The collections are always great I’ve known this since it was called ALL TIMES. However, they don’t meet basic customer service needs, like clothing alterations. Also, their return policy could be updated to fit today’s standards.
