I've bought almost 15 sovereigns in the last 1.6 years. However, when I visited the Erode branch yesterday, I had a bad experience. Two salespeople were nice at first, but then Vigneshwaran came and didn't know how to treat customers. I'm really disappointed with his behavior. I used to be a regular customer, but I won't be coming back to Joy Alukkas anymore. Please remove my number from your database.

I’m a regular customer and joined the gold scheme 10 months ago. I made a purchase on June 1st at the Erode shop, but the customer service was poor. The manager, Joseph, was very disrespectful. I'm very disappointed after spending 3 lakhs in the last year, and I won't return to the shop.
