I experienced one of the worst customer services ever. They didn’t give me the bill on the spot and said they would send it to my WhatsApp, but I still haven't received it. I’ve tried calling the number many times, but no one responds.

When I went to the Rd Vivaha shop, no one helped me. Three staff members were on the phone at the reception, and the service was really bad. I ended up going to a nearby shop instead. Someone should teach the staff how to pay attention to new customers
