There are a lot of varieties and collections. Sekar helped us, and under his guidance, we bought gold for my wedding. He welcomed us with a friendly smile and patiently showed us different collections.

The payment system at Malabar Gold Shop is too complicated. The online payment doesn’t work properly, and the staff said they don’t accept third party cards. I’m very disappointed and worried about this.

I had the worst experience today. I entered the shop at 3 and didn’t leave until 9. Even though we finalized the ornaments quickly, the salesperson was very slow. No water was supplied, and as a regular customer of Malabar, I’ve never experienced anything like this.

It feels like they have fixed prices, but they haven't mentioned it anywhere in the shop. When we asked, they just said it’s a fair price. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
