It sounds like you had an amazing day at Diamond Parks! I'm glad to hear the water rides were fun and that you felt safe with your 3 year old. The wave pool and rides sound great, and it's nice that you enjoyed the food at The Jungle Café too. It’s awesome that you got to try the adventure park with the trampoline, bungee, and zip line. I'm really sorry to hear about your awful experience. It sounds very frustrating with the chlorine in the water causing eye irritation and the long wait for tickets. It’s disappointing that the wave pool doesn’t start until 1:30 PM and that there are power issues, especially on the slides. I'm sorry to hear about the poor hygiene and cleanliness issues you faced. It’s really disappointing that the canteen and washrooms were dirty, and that the ice cream quality was low. Not having proper lockers and just providing dirty bags is not acceptable. Thank you for sharing your experience; it’s important for places to maintain better standards.

I’m sorry to hear you had a disappointing experience. It sounds like the food and service didn't meet your expectations compared to Krushnai Water Park, and the pricing was too high. Your suggestion for changing the locker system to mini lockers is a good idea for better safety and convenience.
