I had a fantastic Balinese massage with Dina. It was so good that I came back the next day for a foot massage with Ying. Both therapists were excellent. The spa is well-managed and clean.

The staff always come up with different excuses to annoy customers, especially when you opt for additional services like combos, steam, or scrubs. They're often unavailable even after you've paid, and they check things one after another while you're already getting the service.
