The room was decent and had all the basic amenities needed for a short stay, but there were several issues that made the experience less enjoyable. First, the bathroom door couldn’t be locked, which was uncomfortable. While hot water was available, the shower didn’t work, making it hard to bathe properly. Also, room service was unresponsive no one answered when I tried calling multiple times. This meant I had to go to the reception every time I needed something, which was very annoying.

The staff is well-behaved, and the rooms are very neat and clean, with all the necessary amenities like a good-quality TV, electric kettle, tea and coffee kit, soap, hot water, and a good-quality AC. I always stay at this hotel. It's a great option for both official and family trips.

The services are not up to professional standards. Most of the staff don’t understand English or Hindi properly. The complimentary breakfast is usually just idli dosa, with no other options. They often forget to clean the room if you ask them to do so while you're out sightseeing. The reception is often unattended. The only positives are the room size and the quality of the attached bathroom.
