I stayed with my family for 3 days. The hotel is neat and clean, with experienced staff. The owner is friendly and takes good care of all guests. The prices are reasonable near RK Beach in Vizag, and travel services are also available. There's a big parking area too.

It’s like an apartment with very small rooms. The bedsheets and pillow covers are in bad condition, but the price is too high. For that price, you can easily find a 3 star hotel. They advertised a complimentary early check in for 3 hours, but at checkout, the owner asked us to pay extra for those hours. We had to wait an hour to resolve it. It was a very bad experience.
