I had a very good shopping experience in town. The supermarket is neat and clean, and it's the biggest one in the Krishna Nagar, Lawspet area of Pondicherry.

I had a very poor experience with customer service. I bought a Milton baby sipper bottle for Rs. 900, and the next day I found it broken. My senior citizen mom went to the shop after 6 days to exchange it with the unused bottle, but the manager refused, saying it was too late and accused us of breaking it. It’s not about the bottle or the money, but being accused like that is really upsetting. According to Milton's warranty, exchanges can be made within 2 weeks, and they take responsibility for any damage. This store is just blaming customers and not providing proper service.

This place is hopeless. The products are low quality and overpriced. They even charge for carry bags, which is shameful and disgusting.
