Very bad customer service. The appraiser in the silver section didn't treat me well. First, he said he would validate my old anklets, but then he suddenly claimed he couldn't because they were from the Gulf. He scratched the anklet, poured some liquid on it, and then said it didn’t look like real silver.

This evening, I went to buy a product and the person who assisted us was very rude and arrogant. He didn't know how to treat customers politely and couldn't explain the wastage charges clearly. The collection is good, but the poor hospitality made it a bad first shopping experience.

Worst jewelry shop in Pondy. The manager, especially in the silver section, is very disrespectful and treats silver buyers poorly. Cuddalore Valli Vilas is much better, especially the PD Seal near Vinayak Temple.

Last week, I visited this shop, and the customer service was terrible. No one was willing to help or respond to customers. I was very disappointed and decided not to buy anything.

I had a very bad experience. The sales and billing staff were rude. Management should train their staff on how to treat customers properly. I won’t recommend this place to my friends or family.
