SMART BAZAAR is in Providence Mall, Pondicherry. It has all kinds of groceries and is the best place to find hard-to-get items in Pondicherry. Prices are lower than MRP, and there are also offers available.

Could be the best hypermarket in Pondy and definitely one of the biggest. It has clothes, groceries, and more. Located in the basement of Providence Mall.

Worst place to shop. I’ve had to wait over 30 minutes at the billing counter every time I visit. During my last visit, I ended up leaving all my items and wasting 2 hours at Smart Bazaar.

Discounted products often have expired dates or will expire soon. Check the dates carefully before buying. The staff are lazy, just standing around and not helping even if you ask for assistance.

They're the worst. Nobody helps you, and the staff have a lot of attitude, showing their frustration if you ask anything. In the billing section, they charge you double the MRP. This is how they make money.
