We wanted to buy a 2gram gold coin, and after including making charges and GST, the total amount came to Rs6242. But the salesperson insisted on charging Rs6250, claiming it was a rounding off to the nearest figure. This small amount matters a lot to middle-class families, and it feels like Joyalukkas is cheating people instead of reducing prices like other shops.
