The collection of GRT Chengalput are really super. All staff are very good. A special appreciate goes to Mr. Nandhakumar for his patient and loving approach, detailed description of the items. He spend more than one hour for all purchase like gold, silver. Totally a good customer service he provide for me

Visited GRT Chengalpattu bought earrings and a bracelet. Staff member Deepa was exceptionally helpful, providing detailed explanations about the jewelry and the financing options. I am very happy and satisfied with her approach and explanations.

we visited the shop to buy a silver ring and bracelet. We found that there weren't many designs available, and the size range was limited. The collection was much smaller compared to other GRT branches.

Additionally, some supervisors were repeatedly shouting at their sales executives in front of customers and other staff members. This behavior needs to be addressed and improved immediately.

Terrible experience with the staff on the phone at the Chengalpattu GST road branch. They transferred my call three times, and each time I had to repeat myself. Absolutely frustrating—worst service ever.

On Akshaya Tritiya, the gold coin booth on the ground floor was extremely disorganized, and the GRT staff seemed unaware of the gold coin purchasing procedure. Customers were confused and wasted time in the queue.
