There is a good collection available, including lightweight options, which was nice to see. The customer service is excellent, with staff receiving customers in a welcoming manner. It was an excellent experience with outstanding customer service. I have frequently visited this place to purchase necklaces and rings, but this time I came for bangle shopping, and it was truly enjoyable. The bangle section provided excellent suggestions, the manager ensured maximum customer satisfaction with great attention to detail, and Pavithra and her team took excellent care of understanding and meeting the customer's preferences. This place is highly recommended for those seeking an exclusive collection.

The service was excellent with a wide range of unique designs and plenty of variety. The collections were impressive, and I must highlight the helpful and polite staff, particularly Pavitra and others who assisted us from start to finish with calmness and a smile. The owner was also very polite and introduced us to many trending designs.

I recently visited this shop for the first time and was impressed by the wide variety of collections across all sections, all in line with current trends. I purchased a gold chain from the chain section where Mrs. Meena patiently showcased all the models and explained them with a smile. Her assistance was invaluable in helping me choose the right chain from the extensive collection. With so many new models available, this shop is definitely a must-visit in town!

The products from this shop are very poor in quality. I have purchased items three times, and each time I received defective products. Despite exchanging them each time, the replacements did not last long. As shown in the photo, the anklets I purchased just one month ago are already falling apart, with the balls coming off one by one and the anklet string being cut. One piece of the anklet is now without balls within a month of purchase. I do not recommend this shop, and I will not be purchasing anything from here again.

I bought a piece of silver jewelry that broke within two weeks of purchase. When I took it back to the shop for repair, they said it would take four days to fix. It has now been almost 10 days, and I still haven't received the repaired item, despite them charging for courier services. The customer care service is extremely poor. I am deeply frustrated by the way she treated me as a customer. I regret my decision to purchase from this shop.

I'm entirely satisfied with the service provided in the gold section; they are patient and courteous in their approach to customers. However, my experience in the silver section was quite the opposite. The staff seemed unfamiliar with silver ornaments, and their attitude appeared to be purely focused on financial matters. In particular, the billing attendant's manner of speaking resembled that of a chaotic market. NSK, please prioritize the improvement of the silver section promptly, as this could potentially result in the loss of many customers.
