This hotel is really good, and I had a great time staying here. The staff are friendly and supportive, especially the front office team, who responded to my needs quickly. I enjoyed the food, and I recommend everyone visit this place if they can. It’s very close to the Botanical Garden and Ooty Lake. The travel desk at the hotel was also very helpful. Overall, I had a great stay at Hotel Charring Cross in Ooty.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The bus stand, railway station, Botanical Garden, and commercial road are all within walking distance, and the price is reasonable. However, there was no room service and no intercom in the rooms, and the bathroom was too small.

The rooms are cramped and not clean they didn't even dust the windows. The hotel is near the commercial market and A2B, but the cleanliness is a big issue.
