I had the worst experience in Ooty. I've never stayed in such a bad room here before. The restrooms were very poor, and the room itself was unclean.

Just a bed and a toilet are all you can expect. Hot water is only available from 8 am to 8:30 am. There's no room service, and you have to go to the reception for anything. No TV in the room. The bedsheets and bed were not clean.
