I am not satisfied with the room service and location, as it is located in a very interior area. The pillow and bedsheets were dirty, and there was no hot water. The bed was too short to sleep comfortably. It's not a good place to stay with family, but maybe okay for friends occasionally.

I stayed there 3 weeks ago and had a great experience with Mr. Deepu Roy, the manager. He has a positive attitude and a great personality. I really miss those days.

One of the okay ish hotels. The rooms are old and poorly maintained, with only the linen replaced. There's no food court and no hot water! The only good thing is its location, very close to the Central railway and bus stand.
