I visited this store today and had a great experience. The staff and Mr. Virendra were polite and helpful. We enjoyed looking at the collection and making a purchase. They sell hallmarked jewelry, and the weights and hallmarks are checked with the customer during the purchase. The billing was clear and transparent. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

I don’t have much issue with the product, but the staff's behavior, especially one female, was disappointing. She seemed uninterested and lacked the warmth you expect when you need help in a store. Her attitude made me question my visit. A business succeeds not just by offering good products, but also by providing great customer service. Also, customers shouldn’t be judged if they’re buying something of lower value today. They might return later to buy more expensive items or recommend the store to others. I wish more people focused on excellent customer service.

The owner has a big attitude and is very arrogant. He trains the staff himself. They promise to give a proper bill, but the bill doesn't include GST on labor charges, which is fraud. They are cheating customers. I advise not to visit.
