Great place to buy genuine jewelry, especially with good deals for salaried people. They recently renovated the shop, so it now looks fantastic with a huge variety of jewelry. It’s a must visit, and you won’t be disappointed. The manager, Ravi, is very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist and guide you in picking the best option.

We bought a wedding ring, and it was nothing like what we ordered. The sizes were also too small. This was the worst experience we’ve had with Joyalukkas. We've been customers for years, but I wouldn’t recommend shopping here, especially for special occasions.

Terrible customer service, especially at billing. You have to wait for hours, and the billing software is very poor. There are many other shops in the mall, so check them out before going to Joyalukas.

Billing is slow because there’s only one counter for it, while there are 10-15 sales counters. They need more staff for billing. They focus too much on sales and not enough on customer service.

Terrible service at the counter. The staff had no courtesy and didn’t even apologize when confronted. It felt like a very low quality shop.
