The shop is nice, but the person at the delivery counter has a bad attitude and acts like he owns the place. The owners are humble, but this employee ruins the shopping experience. You might not want to visit the shop again because of him.

Very disappointing experience. The sales staff were rude, and the billing process was extremely slow. They didn’t provide clear information and treated customers poorly. Despite these issues, they kept asking for reviews before completing the billing.

They mislead customers by advertising only Rs 400 as making charges for the first 10 grams of gold, but they also add extra charges for wastage and polishing. This extra cost, which is about 17-18%, is not disclosed upfront.

I visited the showroom on Sunday to look at a pair of gold bangles as a gift. When I asked to take a photo, the salesperson said I first had to pay a token amount to book it. We ended up buying from another shop. This is an unprofessional way to handle sales and marketing.
