I bought a silver anklet and kada yesterday and gave my old silver anklet for exchange. They deducted 35% for melting charges and reduced 3 rupees per gram. My old jewelry weighed about 93 grams, which was worth only 3000 rupees. It felt like a big scam. Beware and avoid buying here.

Customer service was great, but the product quality was terrible. My brother bought a silver chain that started fading within a week. This experience has made me decide never to return, and I won't recommend it to my friends either.

I went to buy a new silver chain and exchanged my old one here. They offered me Rs. 2100 for my 48-gram old chain. Suspicious, I checked at another shop, Kpm. Ramasamy Chetty, and they quoted Rs. 3041 for the same chain.
