I’m not satisfied. We asked them to make an engagement ring with our names engraved on it quickly. They said their goldsmiths are in Kerala, so it would take a lot of time to send and get the designs back. Why don’t they have goldsmiths in Madurai? I’d recommend supporting local jewelers in Madurai unless these people are ready to hire local goldsmiths.
