I was impressed with the store when I walked in. We usually buy our jewelry from Kalyan Jewellers, but this time Mr. Aneesh helped us. He was very polite and explained everything in detail. The variety of top designers was a great bonus. I recommend checking this place out before you buy.

The staff seems uninterested in selling and is more focused on their own activities. Making charges have also gone up a lot. The old showroom staff was better.

The collections are good, but the making charges are way too high. The gold rate is also higher compared to other stores. For a basic design, making charges start at 450 per gram, and for an American diamond pendant, they start around 900 per gram. These charges are very high.

The making charges are very high. I bought earrings with 2 grams of gold and two diamond stones, but the making charges were over 4500. Other jewelers offer much more reasonable making charges.

I’ve repeatedly asked about their Audi scheme, including how winners are selected and when they’re announced, but they never provide details. They don’t say when the offer ends or who wins. This is surprising, given that they heavily advertise with big Indian stars. The videos they posted look staged, especially right before they introduced the Mercedes scheme.
