Your offers and designs are good, but the sales person was not helpful. On my last visit, she seemed enthusiastic but didn't assist or guide me properly. When I wanted to look around and decide on the exchange scheme, she showed no interest in helping. No one volunteered to show me any designs. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed.

It's not a good place to buy diamonds. The staff were rude, and it was a terrible experience. I left without buying anything. I would give it zero stars if I could.

It’s not worth your time to invest here. The staff and services are unprofessional and unreliable. I wasted my time after booking a mangalsutra. They kept my booking amount for 2 months and then gave me a lot of trouble to get it back when they didn’t deliver the product. I advise against going to Tanishq for diamonds. Even though they’re supposed to be pioneers, they took advantage of that.

I went to buy a bracelet, but the staff were not willing to show many designs and seemed very rushed. While discussing a design with a family member, they kept asking if we wanted to pack it right away. This behavior was really annoying. This was my first bad experience with Tanishq. As a long-time customer, I’ve never encountered this kind of staff behavior before.

I had a very bad experience at this Tanishq store. After buying gold rings, we asked about silver jewelry, but they seemed uninterested and told us to come back on a weekday to see it. The overall service, including billing, was really poor.
