It was my first purchase at Tanishq for my birthday, and interacting with Ms. Priyanka Chaudhari was amazing. The experience with her and the whole Tanishq team was great. I also want to thank them for celebrating my birthday. It was really touching.

Today, we visited the Tanishq store to buy earrings for my daughter and interacted with Isha Sawant. She explained the products very well and helped us choose the best design for my daughter with great patience and politeness. We are very happy with her service. Keep up the good work!

Very poor service, unlike other Tanishq stores. The staff are slow, understaffed, and have an attitude with no friendly faces. Don’t expect good service if you visit this store.

The store is very unprofessional and doesn’t care about customers. They close the store without notice, even when you have a pre placed order. I traveled there, only to find it shut because of a function for the owner. It’s better to buy from company owned stores.

No service at all. The staff were sitting idle and didn’t attend to customers. We waited for 10 minutes with no one helping us. The Thane Naupada store offers better service and variety.

Worst Tanishq showroom ever The staff are extremely arrogant, the collection is poor with limited selection, and the customer service is terrible. There are other Tanishq showrooms nearby with better service. Avoid this one unless you enjoy being treated poorly.

The shop had a very cold attitude towards customers. We waited for 20 minutes, and no one came to ask if we needed help. It wasn't crowded only 5 customers were there. We ended up leaving and went to Tanishq at Vivian Mall, where we were shown good options and found what we were looking for.
