I had a bad experience with Kriti Packers and Movers in Bangalore. My items sent to Faridabad arrived damaged. The packing, supervised by Ritesh, was done very poorly and unprofessionally. Fragile items were not bubble-wrapped, and it seems the boxes were mishandled during transport. I strongly advise against using this company’s services.

I booked them for packing and moving a 2BHK. They charged me 10k with false claims. They didn’t use bubble wrap and only had thick mats for big items. The boxes they used were old and dirty. The workers were very unprofessional and did whatever they wanted, ignoring our instructions.

The service didn’t meet my expectations based on other reviews. I was told two vehicles would be used, but only one came, so a lot of stuff was left behind. They also didn’t have enough boxes, which led to damage due to cramped packing. The team’s behavior was unpleasant.
