The service and communication were poor. The owners are rarely present at the store and are always said to be traveling. I gave my shoes for a small patch-up job, which was only done after a video call with the owner. I kept messaging but got no response. Finally, when I called, he said he couldn’t do it after 7 days. It would have been better if they communicated the issue earlier, or called me to inform me when they decided it couldn’t be fixed. The quality seemed average, but the lack of communication and poor service gave the impression that the owners aren't really interested in their business.

Sunil is a genuine and kind person. His strength lies in U-tip shoes, and I got a custom-made pair from his shop. It took several rounds of communication to finalize what I wanted, and the initial price quoted included shipping. At first, the shoes weren't painted well, but Sunil had them touched up. After applying layers of Saphir renovateur and Saphir d'or, the shoes turned out much better.
