I had a haircut and hair spa at Layers Saloon and Spa. It was an amazing experience, and I was really satisfied with the service. A special mention to my stylist, Divya. Thank you, sister, for making my wish come true

I visited this salon twice. The first time it was crowded, so we thought the service was just mediocre because of that. The second time I went for a haircut and eyebrow threading, the stylist wasn’t very experienced compared to other salons. The haircut wasn’t perfect, and the threading was done poorly she pulled hairs from my actual eyebrow line, so I had to use fillers to fix it every day. The service was terrible. Management, please train your stylists better. I won’t be visiting again or recommending it to anyone.

I recently got my haircut at the Soolai branch. Surya suggested I try a hair spa along with the haircut, but the service was not good at all. She did both services in a hurry and they were incomplete. My hair became very frizzy afterwards, not smooth like it usually gets at other salons. Also, their combs were not clean. It wasn't worth the money I paid.
