Hello! Welcome to our story of Liliyum! It all began when we sisters’- Kavida and Sangeetha decided to follow a dream! Being the foodies that we are has a big role in transforming the dream into a pursuit! Our professional lives took us to different cities, pursuing different careers; but the love for food and a joint pursuit of the dream remained: A cafe patisserie where the personal becomes the personality and where little moments of life become celebrations to remember.

So, I found a sharp piece of plastic dowel in my cake — not a decoration, not something edible, but an actual chunk of plastic that looked like a nail extension but which they claim to be a piece of 'dowel' baked inside the cake. It could’ve cracked a tooth or done worse, and is especially concerning in a household that has both, a child and an elder.
All I got from them was a sorry. That’s it. No real explanation, no concern, no offer to make things right and no refund. Just a weak apology like it wasn’t a big deal.
This wasn’t some little mix-up, this was dangerous. I’m beyond disappointed. It ruined the whole experience and honestly made me feel sick thinking about it afterward. An absolute joke.
I never leave reviews, but this crossed a serious line. If you like your desserts with a side of potential injury and zero accountability, by all means, go for it. Otherwise, maybe steer clear.

I recently ordered a customized cake for my son’s birthday, and I couldn’t be happier! The cake was beautiful and exactly what I had requested. It was also delicious, with a rich flavor and a light, moist texture. It was delivered on time, and the presentation was as impressive as the taste. I highly recommend Lilyum Patisserie for anyone looking to make their celebrations sweeter.

I ordered a cake for my son’s birthday, but it was not up to the mark. There was no flavor, and it wasn’t soft or fresh. The cake looked good, but the taste was really disappointing. It wasn’t worth spending INR 1400 for a 600gm cake with such poor taste. There are better options available for half the price.

My special occasion was ruined. I ordered for the second time because the first order was excellent, but this time the experience was horrible. There were no updates, and I had to keep following up. The product was not handled well, and the cake arrived in bad shape. On top of that, the cake was hard and not fresh. Very disappointing.
