I had a really bad experience. We received a damaged product, and when we tried to exchange it, they refused, saying there was dirt on the dress or they could stitch up the torn parts. Even when we returned the dress, they accepted it but didn't give us a refund.

Their collection and materials are very poor. They forced us to take the dresses even though we were not satisfied. When we parked our vehicle in their parking area and expressed our dissatisfaction, they spoke rudely to us. They demanded we either pay a 200 rupee fine or take some materials we didn't want, otherwise they threatened not to allow us to take our car. This is not how you treat customers well.
