I attended Mahi Mahatma Gandhi Government Arts College during its silver jubilee year. On that occasion, there was a promise to install a bust of Gandhi. I worked hard for it when I was the Chairman of the College Union in 1997. After I left, the statue was finally installed. When I visited the college recently, those old memories came back.
